This online ordering system is owned and operated by Ace Ceramics Pty Ltd. It is for the purposes of providing our account customers an easy way of checking our stocks and placing orders online.

Your access and use of this site is subject to the following terms:

1. If you proceed to the Dealers Online section of this website, you will be deemed as having read and accepted the information on this page and read and accepted the Ace Ceramics Terms and Conditions of Sale (click on link to read and download).
2. All orders placed online will be deemed as firm orders and that you have intentions to take delivery or pickup before the end of month of the current month the order is place. Failure to do so will incur an automatic re-stocking fee of 10% on your next month’s statement.
3. All photos, graphics, slip tests and other data presented on the Dealers Online system are to be used only as a guide, and we make no guarantees as to their accuracy.
4. All photos, graphics, slip tests, stock levels, incoming shipment dates and other data presented on the Dealers Online system is confidential and is provided for your use only. Divulging this information is strictly forbidden unless prior permission in writing is obtained from Ace Ceramics Pty Ltd.
5. The username and password issued to you is for your use only . Keep it safe and do not reveal it to anyone. If you feel your password has been compromised, contact us immediately and we will have the password reset.
6. All orders received through this system will not be deemed confirmed until your receive a confirmation email from our Sales Department confirming quantities, prices, delivery etc..
7. Every attempt has been made to ensure that the information contained in this website is accurate and up to date however errors and omissions may occur. Ace Ceramics does not accept liability for any loss or damage which may result directly or indirectly from content on this website or the Dealers Online system. All data presented on our products are to be used by our Customers as a guide only..

Your access to the system will be revoked if:

• we believe that your username and password have been compromised, or that others are in possesion of it.
• you place orders purely as a means of keeping stock on hold, with no intention of taking delivery of the order.
• you continually cancel orders that have been placed.
• you abuse the system in any way.
